PILATES & REFORMER CLASSES THAT STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN

These classes are designed for those new to Reformer Pilates and for those who have some experience with the reformer. We have a range of sessions for every level. In these classes our instructors will guide you through a series of foundational exercises on the Pilates reformer, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. These sessions are a full body workout designed to improve your overall strength, enhance flexibility and mobility.

Pilates Floor Class

Let your breath lead you in your practice, move mindfully and stay connected to your centre. When we practice in this way we build core strength, feel grounded in body and mind, and amplify our energy and vitality. In this class we call on the resources of Pilates style core strengthening exercises, asana based yoga shapes and breath-led, mindful movement. A wonderful way to centre, strengthen and build the kind of energy that leaves you feeling alert, calm and ready for your day! All levels welcome, please let your teacher know if you are working with illness or injury.

Pilates Reformer Beginner

These classes are designed for those new to Pilates and for those who have some experience with the reformer. Our classes provide a safe, uplifting, and supportive environment where you can start or continue your Pilates journey with confidence and joy. In these sessions, our instructors will guide you through a series of foundational exercises on the Pilates reformer, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. These sessions are a full body workout designed to improve your overall strength, enhance flexibility and mobility.

Pilates Reformer Dynamic

Confidant with the reformer? Elevate your Pilates practice with our Dynamic Intermediate Reformer Classes. This class is a step up from beginner designed for those with prior reformer experience, these invigorating sessions move at a slightly quicker pace with dynamic phases to keep you engaged and motivated. Offering greater challenges with intermediate exercises offered that challenge your balance and more to push your limits and enhance your fitness.

*Please Note: Prior reformer experience required. Not suitable for those with injuries*.

Pilates Fusion Floor class

A class designed to bring strength and balance to the body with a focus on developing the core. An excellent class for those needing more spinal support, muscular tone or rehabilitating injury. Pilates Fusion classes create strength and support in body and mind.
